All the people with Total Restoration have been so helpful. We had a broken pipe that flooded the whole apartment with water. They got their equipment out the next morning. A different well-known company told me they couldn't be out there for 4 or 5 days. I am so thankful that TR could get there quickly. It was all dried out a few days later. Total Restoration came to our home after it was smoke-filled due to a smoldering fire trapped and contained between the upstairs floor and the downstairs ceiling. It was easy to keep in touch with our project manager, he was very responsive. All of the workmen were very pleasant, polite and responsible. Although we don't have small children, I'd have been very comfortable having them around if we did. The work site was always cleaned up after they were finished for the day. One area where I'd suggest some improvement is for better communication between the different kinds of workmen.
